In You, With a View, Noelle’s world—already a little fragile—crashes down when her beloved grandmother (and best friend) passes away. Then she loses her job and has to move in with her well-meaning parents. She finds a sealed envelope filled with photos and love letters from Gram’s first love, which she never knew about. Feeling hurt and curious after telling Gram ALL her secrets and realizing Gram didn’t reciprocate, she turns to TikTok to see if anyone knows the man.

And someone does. Her high-school nemesis, Theo, whose life appears to be everything Noelle’s isn’t, is Paul’s grandson. He’s wildly successful (like Forbes 30-under-30 successful) and created Noelle’s favorite travel app. But looks can be deceiving, and he’s going through his own turmoil.

Noelle decides to take the honeymoon road trip her gram never got to, and along come Paul and Theo too. Ah, road trips, proximity, and chemistry, YES! You, With a View has it all!

The exquisite writing makes everything pop—the character development, the chemistry, the emotions, the storylines. You REALLY know these characters, understand their history and issues, and feel what they’re feeling. The chemistry and tension jump out the second these two are on the page together, and keep building; the moments between these two captured my heart and held it.

It’s told only from Noelle’s point of view, but you still get insight into Theo and can tell he’s completely stuck on Noelle (even if it takes her a while). They had their moments of drama and disagreement, but it was never annoying and always felt so real. And you also get the rediscovery of dreams and newfound confidence. Overall, You, With a View is just a gorgeous book!
