In Wished, Anna falls HARD for Max the first time she lays eyes on him, but he hardly knows she exists. Until she finds a mysterious necklace with a note telling her to make a wish…and wakes up the next day in Max’s bed as his wife. And, somehow, everyone in their worlds believing they’re married and deeply in love. Magical realism at its best!

Wished is such a unique, sweet (and sometimes steamy) journey—Anna learning to balance her own happiness with that of her loved ones, Max realizing that passion doesn’t have to be destructive, both of them learning what love really means. But Anna knows none of this was Max’s choice, that he would have wished for something else. Can she live with that?

As an added bonus, Sarah Ready’s writing is beautiful, engaging, and flows amazingly well. I’ve always loved her style and it continues to pull me in with Wished.
